I got signed out. Why?

Sessions in Dubsado Alchemy last 60 days per browser. When one expires, it does so quietly: the app simply returns you to the sign-in page.

Two other things end a session early. Clearing your cookies removes the session with them, and a private or incognito window discards its session when it closes.

The fix is the same in every case: request a fresh login link from the sign-in page. Nothing is lost when a session ends. Your businesses, Workflow Maps, and balance are exactly where you left them.
