Buying credits

Click "Reload credits" in the header, or click the balance itself, to open the credit packs.

The packs

  • 1 credit for $9
  • 3 credits for $19, which is $6.33 per credit
  • 10 credits for $49, which is $4.90 per credit
  • 25 credits for $99, which is $3.96 per credit

The picker states the meaning plainly: one credit maps one service and includes three revisions, and credits stay on your balance until you use them.

Checkout

Checkout opens with Stripe. Your credits are added to your balance when payment completes. Back in the app you will see "Payment received. Your credits are being added to your balance." and the balance updates.

Receipts come from Stripe, sent to the email you enter at checkout.

If the balance does not update

If the balance has not moved a minute after a successful payment, refresh the page. If it still has not, contact support.
