Credits are not refundable. All purchases are final.

How the model protects you

Credits are prepaid, and a credit is only spent when a generation completes. A failed run never costs a credit, and an interrupted run is never charged. You are only ever charged for finished work.

Credits do not expire. They stay on your balance until you use them, so an unused credit is never lost, only waiting.

If a map is not right

Every completed map includes three revisions. A map that is not right yet is revised into shape.

Engine errors

If a completed map is wrong because of the engine rather than the intake, tell us through the support chat in the corner of the app. That is corrected or re-run at no cost.
