Creating your first Workflow Map

A Workflow Map starts with one intake. You describe the business and its services, Dubsado Alchemy does the mapping, and the finished map lands in Your Library. This is the full walkthrough.

Fill out the intake

Open Create Business. Enter the business name first, since everything you generate for this business will be grouped under it.

Then enter each service. Every service needs three things: its name, its process from start to finish, and its payment terms. The payment terms field shows a placeholder as a model: "50% deposit, 50% before launch." Write yours the way you actually charge.

The cost line reads "1 credit per service" and counts the services that have a process, so you always see the cost before you generate. Credits meter usage, and the billing unit is the service.

Generate

Click Generate. A live status line narrates the run. Planning comes first: every service is read together so the plan can decide where services share a workflow and where they split. Then each workflow generates. Then the Workflow Map assembles.

While anything is running, a hint stays under the status bar. Keep this page open until it finishes. Switching tabs is fine. Closing or leaving the page can interrupt the run, and an interrupted run is never charged. The browser also warns before you leave mid-run.

Find the finished map

When the run finishes, the business appears in Your Library with the full Workflow Map, opening on the Map subtab. From there you can move through Workflows, Content, and Export.

The map is the blueprint and the drafted content. Dubsado Alchemy never connects to or builds inside your Dubsado account. You build from the map, on your terms.
