The Content tab

The Content tab holds every asset your workflows reference, drafted in full. Nothing in your Workflow Map points to a placeholder. If a workflow sends an email, that email exists here, written and ready.

How content is organized

Assets are grouped by type: emails, forms, contracts, schedulers, scheduler groups, payment plans, to-dos, statuses, tags, and custom mapped fields. Tap a group to collapse it, and tap an asset to read it in full.

Each asset has a copy action, so you can take a drafted piece straight into Dubsado when you build.

The toolbar at the top of the tab keeps large maps navigable. Search runs across all content. The type filter narrows the list to one asset type. When a prior version exists, an "Only changed in latest version" toggle appears, showing only what the latest version added or changed.

Previews: reading in place

Assets are referenced all over your map: a chip in a step table, a reminder on a payment plan, a scheduler's emails, an inline to-do link. Anywhere an asset is referenced, clicking it opens the asset in a preview window without leaving your place.

References inside the preview open in the same window, so you can follow a chain of connected assets without losing your position. The preview's "Open in Content tab" button jumps to the full card when you want the complete context, and the preview has its own copy button for taking content directly from where you are.

The result is a map you can read in any direction. Start from a workflow and follow its content, or start from the content and see where it is used. Either path holds together.
