Changes-only exports

When a business has more than one version, you rarely need the whole map again. You need what changed. The "Changes only (latest version)" toggle exports exactly that.

What the toggle does

With the toggle on, the export contains just what the latest version added or changed, compared with the version before it. New items appear in full. Changed items appear as changed lines, so you can see precisely what moved.

This is the export to use after a revision. Instead of re-reading a full map to find the differences, you get only the differences.

Two edge cases

On a first version there is nothing to compare against, so everything is included as new. The toggle is honest about its baseline.

If the previous version cannot be loaded for comparison, the full current map is exported instead, and the tab tells you. You never receive a silently incomplete export.

The same idea, for browsing

The Content tab has a matching "Only changed in latest version" toggle. It is the same comparison applied to browsing rather than exporting: filter the asset list down to what the latest version touched, read the changes in place, then export them when you are ready.
