The asset types in your Workflow Map
Your Workflow Map references ten types of assets, and the Content tab drafts or specifies every one of them. Here is what each type is, in Dubsado terms.

The ten types
- Emails. Drafted canned emails the workflows send. Each is written in full, ready to become a canned email template.
- Forms. Lead captures, questionnaires, and proposals, specified for building. Forms carry their structure and content rather than finished designs.
- Contracts. The agreement documents the workflows reference.
- Schedulers. Appointment schedulers, with their confirmation and reminder emails.
- Scheduler groups. Bundles of schedulers offered together.
- Payment plans. Installments, due dates, and their reminder emails.
- To-dos. Internal task steps assigned inside workflows.
- Statuses and tags. The project statuses and tags the workflows set as a project moves through its journey.
- Custom mapped fields. The custom fields the build depends on.
How they connect
These are not ten separate lists. A workflow step sends an email, attaches a form, applies a payment plan, sets a status. Every reference is clickable, and every referenced asset exists in the Content tab, drafted or specified in full.
The asset types are the vocabulary of the build. The workflows are the grammar. Together they are the complete specification of your Dubsado system.
