Reading a payment plan

Payment plans carry more structure than any other asset in your Workflow Map, so the Content tab gives them their own card format built for reading.

The card, top to bottom

A payment plan renders as a structured card. At the top sit the amount type and due-date type, the two settings that define how the plan calculates. Below that, the card names the workflow the plan attaches to, so you always know where in the build it belongs.

Then come the installments. Each installment is its own block, with its reminders nested underneath. The nesting mirrors the real relationship: reminders belong to installments, and the card keeps them where they belong.

Reminders are real emails

The reminder chips on a payment plan are not summaries. Reminder emails are real Email assets in their own right, drafted in full.

Click a chip and the email opens in the preview, without leaving the plan. The same emails also appear in the Emails group on the Content tab, so you can reach them from either direction: from the plan they belong to, or from the full email list.

Read the card top to bottom and you have the entire plan: how amounts are calculated, when installments come due, and exactly what each reminder says.
