Schedulers and their emails

A scheduler in your Workflow Map is more than a booking link. It is a setup plus the emails that surround it, and the scheduler card holds both.

The scheduler card

The card carries the scheduler's setup details, with its emails as labeled chip rows: "Confirmation email" and "Reminder emails". One glance shows what the scheduler is and every message it sends.

Where the email text lives

The email text itself lives on the Email assets those chips open. The scheduler card links to its emails rather than repeating them, so each email exists in exactly one place.

Click a chip and the email opens in the preview, drafted in full. The same emails also appear in the Emails group on the Content tab, reachable from the full list as well as from the scheduler they serve.

One source for every email, linked from everywhere it is used. That is the structure, and the card reflects it.
