*Taking your Workflow Map into Dubsado

Your Workflow Map is the blueprint. Dubsado is where you build it. Dubsado Alchemy produces the structure and every piece of drafted content, and you or your strategist enter it into your own account.

Two ways to move your content:

Copy individual assets from the Content tab as you build. Each asset lives there in full, ready to paste into Dubsado one piece at a time. This is the steadier path for a careful build, because you place each piece exactly where it belongs before moving to the next.

Or take the whole map at once from the Export tab. You can copy the full map to your clipboard, download it as markdown, or open it as a printable HTML document. An export works well as a reference beside your Dubsado tab, or as the handoff file when someone else is doing the entry.

Build in the right order

Workflows connect pieces that already exist, so build the pieces first.

1. Custom mapped fields and statuses. These are the foundation the other assets reference.
2. Emails, forms, schedulers, and payment plans. These are the assets your workflows will attach.
3. The workflows themselves, which connect everything above.

Following this order means every workflow step finds the asset it points to already in place.
