The share area and your numbers

The Share tab does two things: it keeps a running record of what you have built in Dubsado Alchemy, and it gives you everything you need to share the product with someone else.

Your running numbers

The Share tab shows four counts: businesses mapped, services, build-ready workflows, and hours of mapping saved.

Before your first map, the area reads: "Generate your first map and your numbers will live here." Once you generate, your counts take its place.

Filtering by business

With more than one business mapped, filter chips appear above the counts. Selecting a business scopes every number to that map alone, so you can see what any one business is worth on its own. The first chip returns you to the full picture.

How the numbers are calculated

Under the counts, "How these numbers are calculated" opens the math. These are counts from your own library, nothing modeled: businesses are the maps in your library, services are what you entered at the intake, and workflows count only each map's current version, so revisions never inflate the number. Hours of mapping saved is your workflow count multiplied by 1.5 hours, a working average for mapping one workflow by hand: sequencing the steps, choosing the triggers, and drafting the content each step needs.

Select "Share Dubsado Alchemy" to open the share window. It holds three things:

Your referral link, with a copy button.
A short starting-point blurb, with its own copy button.
A square image you can download for a post.

What the image contains

The downloadable image carries the Dubsado Alchemy mark, your counts, and nothing else. None of your workflow content appears in it. Your client journeys, emails, and forms stay in your library. The image shows what you have built, not what is inside it.

Make the post your own

The share window offers its own advice, and it holds: put the blurb in your own words. Identical posts read as spam, and your version is more convincing anyway. The blurb is a starting point, not a script.

If you post somewhere, mention that referrals earn you a credit.
