My generation showed an error

Generation runs in stages, and each stage protects your credits differently. Here is what each kind of error means and what to do about it.

If planning fails

The run stops, the message says so, and nothing is charged. Planning happens before any credit is spent, so a failed plan costs you nothing. Retrying is safe.

If a single workflow errors

One workflow erroring does not take the run down. The status line marks the workflow that failed, and the rest of the Workflow Map still completes. You end up with a usable map and a clear record of what did not finish.

If the run was interrupted

A run interrupted by closing the page is never charged. Keep the page open until the status line finishes. Switching tabs is fine; the run continues in the background of that tab. Closing the tab is what interrupts it.

If errors persist

Contact support with the business name and roughly when the error happened. That is enough to locate the run and see exactly what occurred.
