The page looks stale or broken

If the app looks wrong, out of date, or partially loaded, the cause is almost always cached files from a previous version.

Fix it in two steps

Refresh the page first. Most of the time that is enough.

If it still looks wrong, hard refresh, or clear the site's cached files and reload. That forces your browser to pull the current version instead of serving what it saved earlier.

The version number matters

The version number in the footer tells support exactly what you are running. If the problem survives a hard refresh, include that number when you write in. It lets support see immediately whether you are on the current version or a cached one, which is the first question in any display issue.
