Connecting Your Email

The Emails tab in your settings is where you will connect your email account so that outgoing emails sent from Dubsado will come from your email address. Replies from clients can also be brought into Dubsado so that you'll have a record of communication.

We highly recommend you connect an email account! Dubsado limits the number of emails you can send per day if you don't have an email account connected. The emails are also more likely to go to spam.

The process for connecting your email varies based on the type of email account you have:

• If you log into your email account through Google, follow these instructions for connecting with Google.
• If you log into your email account through Microsoft, follow these instructions for connecting with Microsoft.
• If you log into your email account through any other provider, or through your web host, follow these instructions for connecting with SMTP.
